The **Sales Advisor **is responsible for the accurate, timely preparation of full-cost estimates for painting projects, including materials and labour. This individual's accuracy is critical to the profitability of the business. This is a sales position for someone who wants a flexible schedule and who is looking to grow their marketing and sales skills. We are a small company looking for someone who wants to grow with us and who is looking for a career in sales and marketing.

**The Tasks**:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries on product and service
- Visit project sites and prepare full-cost estimates and bid on jobs
- Logging all inquiries and issues and taking ownership
- Communicate details to production manager
- Initiating cold sales calls/visits as required
- Follow up on leads
- Develop CRM to automate and organize processes
- Optimize existing lead-generation services to maximize leads and minimize cost per acquisition

**The Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)**:

- Valid Alberta Driver's License and own vehicle and insurance
- Personality matters more than anything else
- Experience in inside or outside sales is an asset

**Nice to have**:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing or business.

**Compensation**:
The Sales Advisor is a commission-based position. Compensation is paid on each job sold. The minimum you can earn is $2,392 per month but most of our sales advisors earn between $3,000 and $10,000 per month.
- Flexible schedule - must be available to answer all calls but otherwise can set own appointments with clients
