**Starting Salary: $21.00/hour**

**The Opportunity**:
The HCA Admin plays a key role in supporting daily operations by organizing essential documentation from the Refinery. This part-time, in-person position involves sorting, scanning, and organizing paperwork, as well as providing general administrative support to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with document management procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sort and organize incoming paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), supporting documents, and weight tickets received from the Refinery
- Scan and digitally file sorted documents into designated folders
- Prepare and box documents for offsite storage
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work on-site, Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills, including document scanning, file management, and basic Microsoft Office or similar software
