Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service skills.

**Duties**:

- Perform front desk duties, including check-ins and check-outs, during the overnight shift
- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with maintaining security by monitoring surveillance cameras and ensuring the safety of guests and staff
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel reservation systems is desirable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

Pay: $16.75-$20.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
