**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to individuals with autism.
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
- Guide and oversee Behaviour Interventionists and Therapy Assistants in implementing SLP goals and activities within therapy sessions.
- Provide input and support through live session participation or via video observation.
- Offer support and advice to families and caregivers.

**Requirements**:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current registration on the Autism Funding Unit (AFU) RASP list.
- Valid license to practice in British Columbia.
- Preferred experience in autism therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Location**:This role offers the flexibility to be based anywhere in British Columbia.
