We are seeking a Paint Sales Associate to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting professional contractors and retail customers in selecting paint and related products.
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
- Maintain the paint counter and aisles on a daily basis.
- Offer color matching expertise and paint product selection advice.
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
- Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards.
- Help the team to keep the receiving and back stock area clean and organized
- Aid customers in locating merchandise in store, as well as processing special orders.
- Answer customers’ questions and provide information on procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

- Min 1 years paint store experience; Color matching; Sales and marketing experience with retail programs and or blind sales an asset..
- Skills/Knowledge: Knowledge of retail computer systems.
- A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Must be able to lift 65 pounds frequently to load and unload customer orders.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including Saturdays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.75-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
