We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee plumbing projects. This role involves working closely with developer clients, superintendents, engineers/ architects, vendors & suppliers and all sub-trades throughout the entire project life cycle to ensure efficient, high-quality plumbing systems. The Project Manager will be responsible for the estimating, planning, coordination, execution, and completion of plumbing installations on time, within scope, and on budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee plumbing installation projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for developer clients, fostering strong relationships and providing regular project updates.
- Collaborate with other project managers, superintendents, and sub-trades to ensure smooth integration of plumbing systems into the overall construction process.
- Plan and schedule all phases of plumbing installation, from rough-ins to final inspections.
- Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Ensure all plumbing installations meet building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage estimates with Journeymen plumbers, and project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, schedules, change orders and regular progress reports.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to plumbing teams, ensuring their work aligns with the company’s high standards.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of workmanship.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in plumbing installations up to the commercial size and scale, particularly for development projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Experience working directly with developers, superintendents, vendors & suppliers and sub-trades.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and team dynamics in a fast-paced, sometimes tense environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Proficient in project management tools and software and the full MS365 suite
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Certification in project management, construction or plumbing management or a related field is a plus.
