**How does the role impact the organization?**

**What will your role be responsible for?**
- Work with analysts to conduct thorough analysis of the industries and targeted companies; and
- Participate in due diligence requirements including interfacing with corporate executives, conducting site visits, analyzing industry and company data, developing and maintaining financial models, writing research, and verbal presentations to equity sales/trading personnel and institutional clients.

**What do we expect from you?**

**_ To qualify for this opportunity you possess:_**
- An understanding of accounting and financial analysis principles including financial modelling
- Financial modelling skills, preferred;
- The ability to work within deadlines in a high-volume and demanding environment while maintaining an imperative attention to detail;
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize;
- Willingness to work long hours when necessary to meet time-sensitive deadlines; and
- An outgoing personality that will fit into a high-performing, team-oriented environment.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
- An undergraduate/postgraduate degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or Accounting;
- A background in geology or mining engineering would be an asset;
- At least two years experience in equity research, corporate finance or relevant industry preferred;
- Enrollment in CFA/CPA designations.
