Lot Attendant

At Southside Dodge, we are looking to add a team member with energy, drive, and initiative to our expanding Sales Department

**Core Responsibilities**
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the lot and inventory.
- Verifies receipt of new vehicles delivered to the dealership
- Lot and Vehicle organization
- Installation/Uninsallation of GPS Inventory Tracking Units
- Installation/Uninsallation of Wheels and Tires when required
- Installation/Uninsallation of Vehicle parts whhen required
- Delivery and pick up of vehicle licensing
- Receive and release inventory from Transport Companies
- Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice
- Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice
- Pick up and/or drop off sold units as requested
- Assist with the preparation of vehicles for delivery
- Assist in snow removal with the other Lot/Maintenance Staff
- Security and storage of vehicle keys.
- Perform daily inspection of lot for unlocked vehicles.
- Ensure the lot is arranged, organized, and free from litter and debris.
- Recording customer concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person
- Administration and Organization
- Supporting colleagues as required (i.e. standing in during absences)
- Taking part in projects as assigned

**Basic qualifications and skills**
- Must have - a valid and current Alberta Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Must have - experience driving **manual** and automatic transmission
- Experience driving high-end vehicles as an asset
- Ability to maintain a good driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- People focused and passionate about providing great customer service
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- Dealership: 1 year (preferred)
- Automotive Industry: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Drivers License (preferred)
