We are currently looking for Full-time Local/Regional Truck Driver to start immediately with an excellent pay package, working conditions and benefits.

**Dispatch Location**: 6675 Rue Vanden Abeele, St Laurent, QC with frequent deliveries within Quebec, Ottawa & surrounding areas.

**DRIVER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**the usual
- Drive professionally, showing experience and pride in your work.
- Establish & maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Pick-up & deliveries utilizing a tractor & trailer combination.
- Legibly complete accurate daily logs notating all requirements under the law.
- Plan travel schedules and route using atlases & GPS. Ensure order accuracy upon accepting or delivering to the customer...Paperwork is important in our business
- Ensure all appropriate reports, such as pre-trips, daily logs, etc., are submitted in a timely fashion, e-logs are also used.
- Complete proper pre trips, inter trip & post trip inspections; Maintaining a safe & clean environment for yourself, your co-workers & our customers. Image is important :)
- With the company having terminals in every Canadian province & several states... As always, communication with dispatch, warehouse personnel, your co workers & the customer is required & important.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Class 1 license required with a clean Abstract.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and the ability to maneuver merchandise in excess of 100 lbs.; using appropriate assistance equipment.
- Attention to detail. Again, attention to detail. Self-starters that can work on their own and in a team environment. Logistics and/or warehouse experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Important.* A Good attitude, strong work ethic and great customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs., and the ability to maneuver merchandise in excess of 100 lbs. using appropriate assistance equipment.
- Attention to detail... Again, attention to detail. Self-starters that can work on their own as well as in a team environment.
- Logistics and/or warehouse experience is preferred, but not necessary.
