Juventus Consulting is looking for Certified Power (MS) Product Owner. The details are as follows:
Product Owner, Power Platform

This role will serve as the voice of a global Microsoft Power Platform community to guide strategy, prioritization, and development in providing capabilities on Microsoft Power Platform. They represent business needs and priorities, manage the product backlog, and incorporate feedback from business stakeholders and end-users to guide continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for **Microsoft Power Platform working with** **business units who have potential use cases**. There will eb many BU who will want their cases prioritized, the Product Owner will need to work diligently to address concerns and help prioritize cases from multiple Business Units
- Build out a community of practice to empower and enable business units to adopt **Power Platform** in a responsible, sustainable manner, including policies and guardrails to govern growth
- Work closely with the Design Lead to map out, prioritize and build a library of templates, connectors, flows, and Power Apps based on demand from the Power Platform community
- Enable business units by understanding their needs; identify and prioritize features and capabilities to be delivered
- Liaise with technical teams (architecture, infrastructure, security, etc.) to move potential solutions through the appropriate governance processes efficiently without compromise.
- Partner with respective training teams to build onboarding programs for citizen developers looking to build solutions using Power Platform
- Guide all stages of software development for templates, connectors, flows and Power Apps, including user story development, sprint planning, and prioritization of the product backlog.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document user stories.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog.
- Participate in sprint planning to determine the team’s objectives for the upcoming sprint.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, story refinements, and team retrospectives; ensure the team has a clear understanding of priorities and next steps.
- Analyze usage and operational data on capabilities and features, feedback from sprint reviews to identify and understand product needs.
- Work with the development team to create acceptance criteria and definitions of failures and done.
- Set expectations with business stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities.

Skills and Competencies:

- Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/ Flow and Power Apps) capabilities, governance models, security role management, and compliance.
- Ability to understand complex business problems and identify and interpret business needs within the context of Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong analytical skills; able to assess alternatives, risks and benefits; attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Demonstrated facilitation and influencing skills to drive decision making among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities.
- A curious and continuous learning mind-set to test-and-learn
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of agile planning tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) preferred.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience).
- Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) or Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400) certification a plus
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with experience in a product owner role preferred.
- Product owner certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner Certification) a plus.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: $75.00-$90.00 per hour
