**Scratch Baker**

Reporting to the Bakery Manager, our scratch bakers should be comfortable handling yeast doughs by hand, as well as other types of bakery products. Bakers help with unloading/loading deliveries.

Shifts are 8 hours and between midnight and Noon.

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, mix and bake scratch bread
- Ensure a positive, friendly and supportive work environment
- Receive and verify that orders are accurate in quantity and quality
- Work independantly
- Maintain cleanliness of work space and storage/cooler areas
- Flexible availability from 12am - 12pm
- Follow company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years bakery experience is a must
- High level of personal initiative, self motivation
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Creativity is a must
