As a key member of the Carfair Composites accounting department, your duties will include the consolidation of all the locations’ financial information as well as providing support to key projects.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Review and consolidation of the Carfair FRP financial statement package for all plants
- Consolidation of the budget packages for all plants
- Enhancement and consolidation of the financial projection for all plants
- Consolidation of weekly reports on key metrics
- Variance analysis; monthly financial highlights and key points
- Work with other departments to validate the return on projects
- Assist with the implementation of new systems at Carfair and other special projects
- Point of contact for all audit requests
- Implement consistent accounting policies across all Carfair locations and ERPs
- Enhancement of the month-end process across all Carfair locations (reduce month-end length, enhance balance sheet account reconciliations)
- Assisting with ad-hoc reports and projects across all plants.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Post-secondary degree in accounting, CPA designation
- 5+ years accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Oracle, Syspro, Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, accurate and able to prioritize.
