**Main Responsibilities**:

- To work from master cleaning schedule on a per shift basis, making sure all jobs are marked off when completed
- Complete paperwork for all cleaning jobs
- Perform daily plant walks to determine priority jobs for each shift
- Train all employees involved in allergen changeovers (mixers, sheeters, oven operators, packers) - making sure that all machinery, rollers, belts are cleaned in the 3-step process of fat solve, water, sanitizer)
- Walk the lines with supervisor after an allergen changeover to check cleaning and sign off on all paperwork
- To direct all sanitors in their daily job functions and make sure that jobs are completed in a safe and timely manner
- Train sanitation employees in chemical use and safety, and all sanitation equipment
- Organize and check allergen cleans
- Maintain spare uniforms for each shift

**Working Conditions**:

- Typical bakery environment
- Exposed to dirt, dust, oil, confined space, heights
- Exposed to seasonal temperature changes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
