**OVERVIEW**:
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Assist the Manager of Business Enablement on the daily operational tasks.
- Provide guidance to the team on reports and solutions to day to day challenges.
- Delegate and follow up on weekly tasks.
- Support reporting functions during busy times of the year.
- Assist the Manager with implementing initiatives and projects.
- Provide training and guidance to newer team members.
- Use your exceptional interpersonal skills, your ever-growing business knowledge, and your technical agility to deliver insights to our clients and advisors.
- Automate manual tasks using your technical agility.
- Make recommendations and improvements to the design and delivery of reports, analytics practices, and data management.
- Create excellent working relationships with our stakeholders and the team.
**WHAT YOU WILL HAVE**:
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Intermediate SQL and Power BI skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrates initiative and strong leadership skills.
