As a Sales Associate at Sparkle Squad, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by actively engaging with potential customers in designated neighborhoods. This role requires a proactive and outgoing individual who enjoys meeting new people and effectively communicating the benefits of our window-cleaning services.
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to promote our window cleaning services to residential and commercial property owners.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify leads through strategic prospecting techniques.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Attend regular training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

**Salary**: $140.00-$400.00 per day

Day range:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
