Wireless Sales Representative

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Associates at our store located in Burlington Mall & Oakville. No wireless experience is required as all necessary training will be provided to help you succeed. We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of success and a strong desire to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Foster a positive and supportive team environment and actively contribute as a cooperative team player.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively sell wireless products and plans, providing clear and compelling descriptions to customers.
- Assess customer needs with respect to the purchase of wireless products, billing inquiries, and equipment/technical challenges
- Stay updated on changes in offers/promotions, new products, services, and policies to maintain a high level of product knowledge and service excellence.
- Providing exceptional customer support to both current and prospective clients
- Handle customer requests, questions, and issues in a positive and professional manner.
- Process daily sales transactions accurately
- Regularly review sales reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Wireless Experience is an asset

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour + Commissions + Bonuses and Incentives/Employee Discounts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 33-40 per week
