**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Manager, Design, the Project Manager, Design is responsible for ensuring all new developments and renovations are planned and designed in accordance with the requirements and expectations. The right individual for this role will have a track record of managing multiple projects concurrently, adaptable to change, a problem solver, an effective communicator with keen ability to work collaboratively across cross functional teams when necessary.

**What you will be doing**
- Work closely with the consultant team through the development process
- Manage communications and coordination of information between Amica and the consultant team
- Work closely with the Manager, Design to ensure new and current projects meet the Amica Design Guidelines
- Track, monitor and review all project related documentation (eg. progress drawings, change orders, RFIs, shop drawings) to ensure alignment with Amica Design Guidelines
- Provide accurate and timely project update reports to the Manager, Design
- Track development timelines and update project information through the use of internal reporting tools
- Assist with the Turnover Process and other development-related tasks as required
- Performs cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned/required
- Performs documentation and administrative responsibilities to ensure the efficient and effective operation of projects
- Flexibility in work hours; car and travel required

**What we’re looking for**
- 5+ years of project work experience
- Experience in all phases of the project cycle is required
- Architectural design software skills including Revit, AutoCAD and other architectural design software is an asset
- Familiarity with MEP and Structural building systems and building codes is an asset
- Have successfully completed related post-secondary education in architecture, interior design, engineering, construction or similar
- PMP designation is an asset
