Pest Control Technician

Overview:
Join our team as a Pest Control Technician and play a vital role in safeguarding homes and businesses from pests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting premises, identifying pest issues, and implementing effective solutions to ensure a pest-free environment for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address specific pest issues.
- Educate customers on pest prevention measures and provide recommendations for long-term solutions.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of treatments performed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and safety regulations related to pest control.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell services and products to customers.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
