As the Digital Transformation Vice President, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the digital transformation initiatives within our organization. Your primary focus will be on leveraging digital technologies and strategies to drive growth, enhance customer experiences, and improve operational efficiency in the healthcare industry.

**Responsibilities;**:

- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives, particularly in the healthcare practice (HCP) domain
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation, process improvements, and revenue generation
- Drive the adoption of digital technologies and tools to improve customer engagement, data analytics, and overall operational effectiveness
- Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on digital trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices within the healthcare and lifesciences sector
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Build and lead a high-performing digital transformation team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Stay informed about regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements related to digital marketing in the healthcare industry.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, events, and thought leadership forums to enhance brand visibility and establish strategic partnerships

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in digital transformation, digital marketing, and campaign management, preferably within large consulting companies
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare practice (HCP) domain and strong familiarity with sales and marketing strategies in the lifesciences or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital transformation initiatives, delivering measurable results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in leveraging digital technologies, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance guidelines related to digital marketing in the healthcare industry is a plus
