Cleaner - Monday to Friday

Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, possibly every other Saturday
- rotating sites in Hamilton area
- Monday and Thursday start time 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday start time 8 a.m. (some flexibility)
- This is a long term position
- Cleaning condominium corporations - common areas - which includes, but is not limited to:
- lobby, door glass, vacuum, mop, elevators, ledges
- garbage and recycling - blue bins and commercial bin in and out
- stairwells swept down
- some washrooms and 'party room' areas
- vacuum all floor hallways, or sweep, mop where needed
- clean up any large garbage, mess outside perimeter of building
- car is an asset
- MUST be trustworthy, loyal, committed - we are very flexible but we do not have any staff to cover or fill in for sickness, inconsistency or lateness.
- MUST be able to respect equipment and property, deal with residents in a friendly manner but also do the job. Most times you are alone or will not interact with other people.
- MUST be responsible with keys and/or codes.
