We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at our new location in Bloomfield As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and provide a personalized service and expert knowledge about our exclusive product range.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Provide detailed information about our unique products, including their origins, benefits, and usage.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our curated wellness, self-care, home, and beauty items to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Create an inviting and visually appealing store environment through merchandising and display arrangements.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing new shipments.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and product launches to engage customers and drive sales.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Fulfilling online orders

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
- An interest in wellness, self-care, home decor, and beauty products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
