**Job Overview**:
We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with various needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized care and support to individuals in accordance with their care plans and specific requirements.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
- Support individuals with physical tasks that may involve heavy lifting or transferring.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and observations made.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care for individuals.
- Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes the well-being of those under your care.

**Qualifications**:

- Must possess certification as a Personal Support Workers through a recognized College or educational institution.
- Proficiency in interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- CPR / First-Aid and TB test
- Ability to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and physical assistance.
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards individuals requiring support.
- Knowledge of patient care best practices and commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Must be able to commute or relocate.
