Winnipeg Kia in the Waverley Auto Mall is looking to add a automotive dispatcher / internal service advisor to our existing team.
- The consistent assigning of received work flow from the service department guests to our team of technicians with the shop. Daily appointments range from 20~30 a day. Each one would require being assigned to the correct technician.
- Ensuring vehicles that are sold have any service commitments completed before delivery. Day and time schedules have to be followed to a T to ensure this.
- Liaison with the sales department about internal vehicles that require completion, documenting and communicating what they require and ensuring their completion
- Working hand in hand with our internal automotive technician and ensuring he is always assigned a job with little to no down time
- General requests from management

A minimum of 3 years automotive service experience is required. Knowledge of PBS operating system an asset.

**Salary**: $27,695.37-$73,726.45 per year
