**Your Role as a Pharmacy Assistant**

As a valued member of our team, you will:

- Deliver warm, professional service to every patient.
- Accurately verify, interpret, and input prescription information.
- Prepare, package, and dispense medications with precision.
- Utilize **Kroll Pharmacy Software** for data entry and third-party adjudication.
- Manage prescription orders, handle pickups, and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain and clean the **Robot Count Assist automated dispensing system**.
- Support inventory and product ordering processes.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy owner or on-duty pharmacist.

**What You Bring to the Team**
- **Minimum 2 years** of Canadian community pharmacy experience (**required**)
- Experience with **Kroll/Telus Pharmacy Software** (**preferred**)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- A team player with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- **Fluent in English**; French is an asset
