Flooring Installer

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas, ensuring precise dimensions.
- Install various types of flooring, including tile, laminate, hardwood, and vinyl.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing flooring materials.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or in a related maintenance person or carpentry role.
- Strong knowledge of flooring installation techniques and materials.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $19.01-$25.00 per hour
