**Major Job Functions**
- Preparing and maintaining inventory listings
- Preparing and distributing inventory to a buyer base
- Coordinating transportation and logistics in the USA
- Working with importing agents to facilitate moves for stored vehicles
- Finalizing deals on vehicles sold within the platform
- Aftersales management including customer service coordination
- Website maintenance

- Ability to handle large quantities of paperwork with utmost accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently with time constraints.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently

- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)

**Education & Experience**
- High School diploma or equivalent, college an asset.

**Accountability**
- Be able to organize and prepare auction run lists
- Manage and import inventory for upstream auction listings daily
- Coordinate transportation from compounds to auctions when cars are ready to be moved and sold
- Communicate when vehicles are sold and releases to the import compounds and auctions
- Provide customer service support to buyers for transport or mechanical issues related to purchased vehicles
- Build lists of vehicles for sale and coordinate distribution of the list to prospective buyers
- Maintain website including uploading a remarketing list on a weekly basis-
