**Core Responsibilities**:
**1. Daily Operations Management**
- Lead and supervise all activities across fuel sales (gasoline and diesel) and the convenience store.
- Adopt and maintain effective fuel price strategy leveraging brand, location and loyalty attributes.
- Maintain optimal fuel levels by coordinating with suppliers and monitoring inventory closely.

**2. Team Leadership & Development**
- Manage a team fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts to build a strong, customer-focused team.

**3. Customer Experience Oversight**
- Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

**4. Safety and Regulatory Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct regular checks and enforce corrective actions where necessary.

**5. Inventory & Vendor Relations**
- Maintain appropriate stock levels for retail merchandise while minimizing waste.
- Establish optimal mix of merchandise with emphasis on margins and turnover.
- Build and manage vendor relationships, including negotiating pricing and service terms.

**6. Financial Oversight**
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor spending, and analyze financial performance.
- Identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities to support profitability.

**7. Data-Driven Management**
- Track and analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to guide decision-making.

**8. Technology & System Optimization**
- Oversee use of Bulloch POS systems and back-office software to streamline operations.
- Use technology effectively to manage inventory, monitor sales, and track performance.

**9. Facility Maintenance**
- Ensure that both the gas station and store are well-maintained, exceptionally clean, organized and functional.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance proactively to prevent disruption.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous operations management experience, ideally in fuel, retail, or service sectors
- Proficient at Excel and data reporting
- Direct experience using Bulloch POS and a back-office software solution
- Leadership skills with a track record of team development and motivation
- Financially competent with experience managing budgets and interpreting financial reports
- Superior interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Pay: $52,500.00-$62,500.00 per year
