We are seeking Banquet Food and Beverage Servers to join our dynamic team and help bring events to life with outstanding hospitality.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up banquet spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring elegant and professional service
- Assist with buffet setups, plated dinners, and cocktail receptions
- Provide attentive guest service, accommodating special requests and dietary needs
- Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area
- Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth, timely service
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about Eaton Hall’s event offerings
- Follow health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous banquet or restaurant service experience preferred
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
- Ability to lift and carry trays, set up banquet furniture, and stand for extended periods
