**Job Duties**:

- Supervise, plan, assign, and review the work of clerks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing products;
- Maintain inventories of materials, parts, and products, ensuring accurate records;
- Process purchasing transactions and coordinate production work to meet export schedules;
- Dispatch crews and schedule transportation crews and routes efficiently;
- Ensure compliance with safety and security policies, procedures, standards, and regulations, and participate in their improvement;
- Resolve various problems and complaints, implementing corrective measures and process improvements;
- Train workers in job duties and best practices to enhance productivity and safety.
- Requisition supplies and materials needed for operations;
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed;
- Conduct performance reviews of supervised workers to assess and improve their performance;
- Perform the same duties as workers supervised when necessary to ensure smooth operations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related;
- Experience: more than 5 years;
- Must be able to work under the following conditions:

- Fast-paced environment;
- Work under pressure;
- Tight deadlines;
- Attention to detail.
