**Job Summary**

This is a sub contractor position. You will need to provide your own transportation. We will provide measuring devices like laser distance finder and Ipad with estimating program.

**Responsibilities**
- Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other project-related expenses.
- Utilize software tools such as Measure Square for efficient estimating processes.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment between estimates and project execution.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and contracts for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Measure Square is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management abilities to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical skills for accurate pricing assessments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
