**What will you be doing in this role?**

All Pizzeria Crew Members will:

- Make great pizzas
- Maintain a fast speed of service
- Receive and/or take orders from customers; in person, over the phone or through skip the dishes
- Input customer orders in to Deliver Plus
- Call customers to confirm orders or notify them if you cannot complete their order
- Deal with customer questions and complaints
- Always maintain a professional manner
- Consistently follow all pizzeria health and safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned

Depending on the shift schedule, you will open or close the pizzeria following our documented opening/closing procedures or perform mid-day preparations for the evening rush.

**What qualifications are required?**
- High school diploma/GED, College diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience
- Fast food, fast casual, Quick Service Restaurant experience is an asset

**What competencies are required?**
- Detail oriented
- Time management skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical skills

**What are the working conditions?**
- Capable of lifting 25lbs
- Able to work on your feet for long periods of time
- Able to operate kitchen equipment
