**Your day to day**:

**The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We're looking for a Kitchen Porter to help our chefs make every dish memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our kitchens.**

**Every day is different, but you'll mostly be**:

- **Cleaning and sterilizing countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks, and cooking equipment**:

- **Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators**:

- **Receiving and organizing deliveries to the kitchen**:

- **Supporting the kitchen staff in basic food preparation, cutting, peeling, and washing**:

- **Removing kitchen waste and washing dirty dishes**

**What we need from you**

- **Passion for delivering great service**:

- **Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, or Prep Chef**:

- **Experience working in a busy kitchen environment and working to deadlines**:

- **Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team**
