As a Quality Assurance Coach, you will evaluate, assess and coach various employees working on claims administration functions across Global Excel Management ensuring quality standards are achieved amongst staff.
**What does your typical day look like?**
- Evaluate calls & transactions and provide feedback to staff as directed by management;
- Conduct one-on-one development coaching sessions with staff when required to ensure quality standards are achieved;
- Provide management with monthly/quarterly reports summarizing team results;
- Participate in collaboration sessions with other coaches and management to ensure quality evaluations are consistent and in the spirit of continuous improvement;
- Assist in training new staff in understanding the basics of the claims assessor role and clarifying quality expectations (as required);
- Identify training requirements working with management to implement initiatives necessary to achieve quality standards.
**What skills and experience are we looking for?**
- Post-secondary education in a related field (Adult Education, Training, Human Resources, or Business) or Experience in employee training, coaching and development is an asset;
- Must be meeting or exceeding requirements of current position;
- Must have strong interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong desire to coach employees and help them succeed in their role;
- Ability to work both day and evening shifts with the flexibility to work alternative hours and weekends when required;
- Experience with claims administration functions is an asset
