Job Summary:
**Role Duties**:

- Provides guidance and advice on technology-related matters within the CCLC
- Oversees and/or assists with the maintenance, installation, development, deployment, use of and review of all technology-related resources
- Troubleshoots problems or inefficiencies with technical resources and makes recommendations for improvement
- Ensures technology-related systems, interfaces, hardware, software are performing to identified standards
- Acts a technical/technology lead on organizational projects
- Acts as CCLC point of contact for technology-related matters including after-hours incidents
- Acts as CCLC point of contact and oversees relationships with technology-related vendors and SME’s
- Oversees/assists/analyzes annual technology-related security audits and ongoing security training initiatives
- Ensures IT systems and processes meet funder requirements and are aligned with industry best practices
- Writes, reviews, revises technology-related policies and procedures
- Acts as internal point of contact and SME for CRMs/internal databases
- Provides technical support and oversees and/or provides training for systems
- Coordinates and facilitates meetings with various stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- The minimum level of education required is Community College diploma in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience implementing/maintaining technology infrastructure.
- Advanced ability to effectively use and troubleshoot office technology such as computers, printers, servers, software, hardware, databases/CRM’s
- Experience problem-solving with third-party vendors/consultants
- Ability to read and communicate straightforward, routine and complex information to various stakeholders
- Ability to listen to, and/or read complex information to assess and make thoughtful contributions
- Perform multiple, simultaneous, high-level mental activities
- Exceptional digital and computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact with both technical and non-technical people in individual and group setting
- Ability to complete a satisfactory Vulnerable Persons Police Check
