Libratel is a leader in mobile accessories distribution for in-store countertop solutions all across North America.

You will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives, such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.

To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills and a strong presence on social media. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired, as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

**Job description**
- Engaging with prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner by doing regular store visits
- Promoting our brand on social media
- Recording customer feedback and relay it to the marketing team.
- Representing our brand at promotional events and other marketing initiatives
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Responding to customer questions and concerns in person, by phone, and via social media
- Encourage to complete the survey and send marketing material.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Train store employees on the product
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sale.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to travel and visit stores regularly.
- Prior experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Retail/Telecommunication industry experience preferred.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education focusing on Business, Marketing, or Public Relations
- 1 + years of experience in a similar role is considered a strong asset.
- Valid G License
