Greenhouse Crew

We are seeking motivated individuals with positive attitude to join our team for a full time or part time permanent position working in our greenhouse in Chilliwack. Applicants must be over the age of 19 and legally entitled to work in Canada.

The full-time position is 40 hours/week and must be able to work weekends if required. Part time position has flexible hours on both weekdays as well as weekends with an opportunity to move to full-time. Opportunities to advance in pay and position within the company are available if the applicant is the right fit.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Physically fit and happy to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to work with a team and independently
- Ability to lift, bend, walk, crouch and perform repetitive tasks
- Various duties required in greenhouse setting
- Assist in the production of plants
- Assist in post harvest production activities
- Assist in maintaining the greenhouse grounds
- Being diligent while working and staying on task at hand
- Observant and attentive to detail
- Understand and adhere to safety requirements as well as relevant SOPs

Wage will reflect experience and is reviewed periodically.

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
