Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Bilingual Quality Assurance Assistant acts to support the College in administering elements of the Quality Assurance (QA) program and the Practice Advisory Service.

**Major Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Support practice advisory service activities, including:

- Triaging ethical and clinical questions for response by Practice Advisors based on level of urgency/risk
- Log and track inquiries using established methods, format, and metrics.
- Providing templated responses to basic standards-related questions.
- Maintaining online practice advisory resource
- Supporting advisors as needed
- Compile and format monthly statistical reports and summary reports.
- Formatting and sending correspondence
- Translate communications and FAQs.
- Provide basic technical support to registrants related to our online program requirements.
- Assist with QA-focused special projects.

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in French and English.
- Must hold an exceptional command of English and French written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to translate English to French, and French to English
- A post-secondary degree from a recognized institution
- Min 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Work experience in health regulation an asset
- Exhibits strong customer service orientation and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Maintains confidentiality and privacy obligations.
- Strongly focus on customer service and equity.

**The Bilingual Quality Assurance Assistant position is being offered as a full-time salaried position.**
