Job Requirements:
- High school diploma. Relevant _post_-secondary education/certification is an asset.
- Availability to work days, weekends and evenings.
- Teachable attitude
- Customer focused and driven
- Excellent English Communication skills
- Knowledge of computers and/or electronics and/or electrical is a must
Job Duties:
- Install and/or service alarm systems, closed circuit television, card access systems, and networking
- Support all customers by providing courteous and professional service via phone and site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with each _client_ by setting, and demonstrating a standard of excellence.
- Provide additional on-site customer-centric security solutions.
- Undertake special projects regarding commercial and residential customers.
- Perform “Life Safety” Evaluations on all service visits.
- Inform customers of new security solutions available.
