Concept Homes is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a **Residential Construction Site Clean-Up Crew Member**. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining clean, safe, and organized construction sites for our residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, basic construction knowledge, and a commitment to quality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Interior Cleaning**: Sweep, vacuum, and clean construction spaces to ensure they are free of debris and ready for the next phase of building.
- **Exterior Cleaning**: Perform site cleanup, including snow removal, debris disposal, and maintenance of outdoor areas.
- **Material Handling**: Safely move and organize construction materials and tools as needed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Maintain a clean, hazard-free environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- **Light Construction Assistance**: Provide support with minor construction tasks.
- **Equipment Operation**: Use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, pressure washers, and snow removal tools.
- **Transportation**: Drive company or personal vehicles to transport materials, tools, or equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and tools.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Experience**
- Previous experience in construction site clean-up or related work.
- Familiarity with operating cleaning equipment such as vacuums and pressure washers.
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures on construction sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
