Pay & Perks

What You’ll Do
- Prep fast: wash, sand, mask, patch right the first time
- Paint clean: brush, roll, cut-in, spray like a pro
- Wow clients: keep sites clean, communicate, deliver 5-star experience
- Work efficiently with teammates to finish on time (or early)
**Requirements**:
- Min. 1 year professional painting experience (not DIY)
- Strong skills in brushing, rolling, cutting-in (spray experience is a plus)
- Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Physically able to lift 60 lbs, climb ladders, and work full days
- Full-time, year-round availability

Location & Schedule
- Edmonton, AB + surrounding areas
- Mon-Fri, 8:30-4:30 (occasional evenings/weekends)
- Year-round work (interiors in winter)
