**Main tasks**:
- Support customers and provide necessary assistance regarding questions about products.
- Serve customers at the ice cream bar and chocolate windows.
- Merchandise products according to the instructions of the manager and according to the current season.
- Rotate products and stay on the lookout for any problems with them.
- Carry out customer transactions at the point of sale.
- Prepare certain recipes in order to get ahead (waffle cones, etc.).
- Perform other related duties.

- Contribute to ensuring that a customer's visit to our store is an exceptional experience
