Test Specialist (Entry Level) - Antec Controls
We are looking for a Test Specialist who is technically inclined, who thrives on new challenges, and who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
- Develop and maintain product testing plans.
- Perform testing for research and development both benchtop and in full-scale rooms.
- Perform exploratory testing for new and existing products.
- Write test reports documenting procedures and results.
- Design, implement, and improve automated testing infrastructure.
- Develop strategies for improving testing efficiency.
- Perform testing to troubleshoot and resolve field issues.
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organization, with an eye for detail.
- A high level of critical thinking and accountability.
- Self-motivation to learn and strive for excellence.
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timeline-dependent deliverables.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python is considered an asset.
- Experience with testing and using test equipment considered an asset.
- Experience with hand tools, wiring, and soldering considered an asset.
