**Overview**
We are seeking a Transportation Manager to oversee our field operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

**Duties**
- Implement effective transportation strategies to optimize routes and reduce costs.
- Supervise and train drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Monitor drivers and ensure units are in optimal working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and driver performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Address and attend any transportation-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular driver and site audits.
- Be onsite for new jobs and projects.
- Hold safety meetings.
- Attend customer and client meetings.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Prior driving experience with a valid Class 1.
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of trucks and tanker trailers.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Experience in trucking various oilfield products.
- Current TDG, WHMIS, H2S, First Aid, Hours of Service, and Accident Investigation courses required.
- There is no set location so you must be available to be away from home time to time.

Pay: $125,000.00-$145,000.00 per year
