Pronest Nesting On a Plasma

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate Plasma cutting machines with proficiency in Pronest nesting software.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications for cutting tasks.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
- Program plasma machines for precise cuts based on nesting plans.
- Fabricate components using hand tools and machinery, including calipers.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products against specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding, CNC operations, and Plasma cutting.
- Proficiency in using calipers and other hand tools for fabrication tasks.
- Familiarity with programming plasma machines and utilizing Pronest software for nesting operations.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is preferred.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
