**Job Overview**:
We are proud the manufacturer of the Versatile brand of tractors. We are seeking a skilled Buyer to join our team. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials to meet the company's operational needs. We are looking for an individual who has some experience in the purchasing of components for large mobile type of equipment such as farm, construction, planes etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs
- Utilize MRP systems for inventory management
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new potential vendors

**Experience**:

- Minimum of three (3) years of procurement in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and vendor management
- Familiarity with MRP systems for inventory control
- Ability to negotiate prices and terms effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sourcing, negotiations, cost reduction and vendor relations
