- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, bending.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting when required to move buckets of water.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Follow safety protocols while on-site ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction cleaning or custodial services is mandatory.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks quickly and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job task.
- A commitment to maintaining _**high standards**_ of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas.
- Post-Construction cleaning experience is peferred
- Professional Residential Home cleaning is preferred
- A _**valid driver's license**_ IS required*
- Shifts are Monday to Friday starting at 7:30am-4:00 pm **( 20-40 hours a week)**:

- Required to stay overtime as needed
- Excellent training supported by mangement
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Fluent in English
- Own a phone

English is required
