At Bar 1911 we focus on what makes each coffee variety we carry special, offering pulled espresso shots to slow bar methods, and everything in between, whichever you prefer. **As General Manager, You Will**
- Oversee all restaurant financials such as labour costs, cost of goods sold, and costing team schedules
- Demonstrate and communicate the Bar 1911 vision to all team members and lead by example;
- Ensure team members provide a memorable guest experience through coaching and fostering a positive working culture by reinforcing the MHG values daily, exciting team members with their positive nature
- Encourage a culture that revolves around creating memorable guest experiences, roasted coffee, craft beer and quality food
- Work with the Kitchen Manager and their team to ensure food menu standards are met as set out by Bar 1911 and Murphy Hospitality Group
- Aid in restaurant menu development
- Perform front of house duties as needed; including but not limited to; food & drink service, coffee prep and bar service

**What You Bring**
- A passion for the restaurant industry and the guest experience
- 1-2 years of restaurant management experience is considered an asset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, balancing different priorities and duties
- A desire for personal and professional development within the hospitality industry
- A post-secondary diploma/degree in business or hospitality is considered an asset
