Premium Suites Pantry

**True North Sports + Entertainment** is looking for a Premium Suites Pantry to join our team at Canada Life Centre.**

The **Premium **Suites Pantry **will be working with a team to service the Pantry areas at Canada Life Centre.

**What to be excited for in this role**:

- Responsible for the pre-event set up in the pantry area, while consistently maintaining a clean working area.
- Assemble orders for transport to Premium Suites by Servers.
- Deliver and re-supply menus to Premium Suites Servers.
- Ensure orders are delivered timely and correctly.
- Deliver additional supplies as requested by Premium Suites Servers
- Assist with stocking of bar areas, while maintaining proper inventory control.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons.
- Ensure supervisor is informed of issues that arise, and support resolutions.

**What we need from you**:

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to communicate with all patrons, customers and coworkers.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently solve customer concerns with the utmost professionalism.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
