**About Us**:
Glenform Building Ltd. specializes in concrete formwork with a strong domestic and international presence in the construction industry.

We are hiring **multiple positions** and with **various shift patterns**available (including Full-time)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate mobile / tower cranes in accordance with guidelines and site procedures
- Safely lift, move, and position loads complying with load charts
- Communicate with crew using hand / radio signals
- Perform pre-start checks and routine equipment inspections
- Secure loads using slings, chokers, shackles
- Work closely with site supervisors to plan lifts and maintain safe working areas
- Perform daily safety checks and report any potential hazards or equipment issues

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1+ years of crane experience on construction sites (formwork preferred)
- Capable of clear communication and signals with crew
- Confident in WorkSafeBC safety standards and crane operations

Various shift patterns available: Day, Evening and Weekend.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00-$40.00 per hour
