**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

K.P.C. Energy Metering Solutions Ltd. is looking for a “**PROJECT COORDINATOR, COLLECTIONS”** for our growing business. The Project Coordinator primarily focuses on managing the accounts receivable process and ensuring customers pay their invoices on time.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor and track outstanding customer invoices and accounts.
- Ensure timely collection of payments to meet cash flow and financial targets.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments.
- Provide invoices, account statements, or payment confirmations upon request.
- Record payments accurately in the company’s financial system.
- Maintain detailed records of customer accounts, payment histories, and collection activities.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable aging, collection progress, and delinquency rates for management review.
- Keep records secure and confidential, adhering to data protection regulations.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**
- Exceptional customer service, both internal and external
- Detail-oriented with organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Personable phone etiquette and time management skills
- Proficient in MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proven time management and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated professional oral and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic, positive team attitude, and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team in a fast-paced environment

**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education an asset
- Minimum of 2 years related experience within a collection’s role is preferred
